- Will this get my bond back?We clean to real estate inspection standard, which gives you the best possible chance of a full bond return. We cannot guarantee the outcome as property managers have discretion, but we cover all the items on a standard exit inspection checklist.
- Do I need to be there during the clean?No. Most tenants are already moving out. Arrange access for us and we will complete the clean and let you know when we are done.
- What if the property manager finds something?If a legitimate cleaning issue is raised within 48 hours of our clean, we will return to rectify it at no extra charge. Just contact us promptly with the specific items noted.
- Does the price include carpet cleaning?Carpet steam cleaning is a separate add-on from $80 per room. Some property managers require it regardless of carpet condition. Ask when booking and we can arrange it alongside the main clean.
