Office and Commercial cleaning is quoted individually. A travel fee may apply for outer areas, confirmed when you book.

A regular clean maintains your home on an ongoing basis — bathrooms, kitchen, surfaces, vacuuming, mopping. A deep spring clean goes into every corner that regular cleaning skips: inside ovens, inside cupboards, behind appliances, skirting boards, light fittings, grout. It takes considerably longer and costs more, but the result is noticeably different.

Yes. We arrive fully equipped with professional cleaning products and equipment. If you have specific product preferences or sensitivities to certain chemicals, let us know when booking and we will accommodate where possible.

Not necessarily. Many regular clients provide a key or entry code so we can clean while they are at work. We carry public liability insurance. For first-time cleans we often prefer to do an initial walkthrough with you, but it is not required.

We clean to real estate inspection standard, covering every item on a standard exit inspection checklist. This gives you the best possible chance of a full bond return. We cannot guarantee the property manager's decision, but if a legitimate cleaning issue is raised within 48 hours of our clean, we will return to rectify it at no charge.

We cover the full Blue Mountains corridor from Glenbrook in the east to Lithgow in the west, including Katoomba, Leura, Wentworth Falls, Blackheath, Lawson, Hazelbrook, Woodford, Linden, Faulconbridge, Springwood, Blaxland, Glenbrook, Mount Victoria, Megalong Valley, and Hartley. A travel fee applies for some outer areas, confirmed on booking.

Yes. Airbnb and holiday rental turnaround cleans are one of our most common services in the Blue Mountains. We can work around your booking calendar, including same-day turnarounds. Ask about linen change services when enquiring.

A regular clean for a 3-bedroom home typically takes 2-3 hours. A deep spring clean of the same property would take 4-6 hours. End-of-lease cleans for larger properties can take a full day. We confirm the time estimate when you book, based on the size and condition of the property.

Tell us. We would rather fix it than lose a client. If something was not done to standard, contact us within 24 hours and we will return to address it. We back our work.

Both. One-off cleans (deep cleans, end-of-lease, move-in, post-renovation) are just as welcome as regular weekly or fortnightly bookings. There is no requirement to commit to ongoing services.
