- How long does a deep clean take?Anywhere from 3 hours for a small 1-bedroom to a full day for a large 5+ bedroom property. We give you an estimate when you book based on the size and condition of your home.
- How is it different from a regular clean?A regular clean maintains your home on an ongoing basis. A deep clean goes into every corner that regular cleaning skips — inside the oven, behind the fridge, inside cupboards, skirting boards, grout, and so on. It takes considerably longer but the result is noticeably different.
- Do I need to prepare anything?Clear surfaces where possible and let us know about anything delicate or off-limits. Otherwise we handle everything from the products to the equipment.
- Can I add carpet cleaning?Yes, carpet steam cleaning can be added from $80 per room. Mention it when booking and we will arrange it alongside the deep clean.
