- How do you price a custom job?We ask a few questions about the situation — property size, type of clean needed, access, any specific challenges. From that we can usually give a quote over the phone or message. For unusual situations we may do a quick site visit first.
- Will you judge me for the state of the property?No. We clean homes for a living. We have seen everything. Describe the situation honestly so we can quote accurately, and we will get the job done without comment.
- Can I book just one room?Yes. If you only need the kitchen deep cleaned, or the bathroom done properly, we can do that. We do not require you to book the whole property.
- Do you do multi-property deals for landlords?Yes. If you own multiple rental properties across the Blue Mountains, we can offer bulk pricing and priority scheduling. Get in touch to discuss.
